Is there an option for a free trial?
No. Admove is usage-based. When you subscribe to a plan, you get included usage to generate ads, briefs, scripts, voiceovers, and more. Each seat comes with a monthly usage allowance, and you can start generating right away.
What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?
You have three options: purchase an extra usage top-up to keep generating without changing your plan, upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allowance, or wait until your next billing cycle when your usage resets. Usage resets at the start of each billing period.
What is the refund policy?
We provide pro-rated refunds based on usage, not time. If you haven't used any of your included usage, you'll receive a full refund. If you've used some, we calculate the portion consumed and only charge you for that. The remaining unused portion is refunded proportionally. Example: if you're on the Pro plan ($100/seat/month) and have used roughly a third of your monthly usage, you'd be refunded approximately $67 for the unused portion.
Can I upgrade my plan after subscribing?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time and get immediate access to your new usage allowance. The price difference will be pro-rated based on your current billing cycle. Downgrades are not available once you've selected a plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the app. Go to your profile, click on Billing, and select the "Cancel" button next to your current plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access to your remaining usage until then.
