USE CASE
Creative production inside the DSP
Story Highlights
Azerion, an Amsterdam-based digital entertainment and media platform, needed to bring creative production fully in-house across its gaming and casual media inventory without adding tools, headcount, or workflow complexity.
Creative production now lives inside Azerion, end to end, not bolted on alongside
The campaign brief and the creative brief are now the same brief
Smaller brands and lower-volume campaigns that were unprofitable to outsource now run in-house in the platform
Tool consolidation alone returns up to $26K per month per agency to media spend
In Q2, Admove technology fully merges into the Hawk DSP, putting creative generation and media buying in one environment

We worked closely with the Azerion team to build something that lives inside the DSP, not next to it. That changes the design problem. Every screen, every step, every output had to assume the user is mid-campaign, not starting from scratch. The depth of that collaboration is what made the integration possible.

About Azerion
Founded in 2014 and listed on EURONEXT (AZRN), Azerion is one of Europe’s leading digital advertising media and entertainment platforms. Its proprietary technology delivers global audiences to advertisers in safe, high-quality environments, drawing on a strategic portfolio of owned and operated content alongside entertainment partners and digital publishers. Headquartered in Amsterdam, Azerion has commercial teams across more than 17 countries.
The Challenge
Azerion’s customers, mostly agencies and direct brands, run campaigns through Hawk, the company’s omnichannel DSP. Until now, the creative side lived somewhere else: strategy in one tool, production in another, asset management in between, ad ops at the end.
The industry treated that seam between planning and creative as a fact of life. It costs agencies time, clients money, and slows down the part of the workflow that actually moves performance: testing.
The Integration
Admove is now integrated directly inside Azerion. Agencies and brands working in the platform can go from a campaign brief to a launched creative in a single session, covering the full strategic stack, not just the creative output.
The flow runs end to end inside the platform:
Brand setup, once. Logo, color palette, and typography captured for every downstream asset.

Brand setup inside Azerion. Logo, color palette, and typography captured once for every creative produced downstream. Demo flow shown using a placeholder brand.
Personas, suggested against the brand. Three options recommended, with the chosen one feeding every creative built against it.

Concepts, generated against the persona. Ad angles and creatives produced in multiple formats from the same brief.

Ad concepts generated from a single brief, ready for review and refinement in the same flow.
Placements, drawn from the publisher network. Native inventory matches suggested for the approved creatives, ready to add to a campaign.

Final creatives delivered with native inventory placements drawn from Azerion’s publisher network, ready to activate.
The campaign brief and the creative brief are now the same brief.
At Launch
Brief to ad in minutes not weeks | 5x more variations tested per campaign |
6 to 8 tools consolidated to one platform | Up to $26K / month saved for a 10-brand agency |
What Changes
Before integration | With Admove inside Azerion |
Multiple tools to plan, produce, and launch a campaign | One platform, one session |
Production timelines paced by external workflows | Creative production paced by the campaign, not the calendar |
Generic ad creation disconnected from media strategy | Personas and angles generated against the actual campaign brief |
Manual asset trafficking into the DSP | Suggested placements drawn from Azerion’s publisher network |
What This Unlocks
The practical impact for media buyers and advertising agencies is keeping creative production in-house. Smaller brands and lower-volume campaigns that used to be unprofitable to outsource can now run end to end inside the platform, without external collaborators or creative agencies in the loop.
Day to day:
Faster turnaround. A new angle from a Friday brief gets tested the same afternoon, not after Monday’s production queue.
In-house creative for smaller brands. Smaller clients and lower-volume campaigns get the same production treatment as flagship accounts, without freelancer or agency markup.
More testing capacity. More creative variations get tested per campaign, with more of the media spend backed by real testing data.
Strategist time on what compounds. Hours that used to go into briefing and review go back to optimization, creative direction, and client relationships.
No waiting on external partners. The team you already have can run the entire creative cycle.
Brand consistency built in. Logo, color palette, and typography captured once and applied automatically to every creative produced, with no manual re-versioning across clients.
Native inventory matching. Suggested placements get drawn from Azerion’s premium European publisher network. The external trafficking step disappears, and so does the inventory mismatch.
Cost Efficiency
Most agencies juggle six to eight tools to produce ads across formats: scriptwriters, image generators, voice tools, video editors, stock libraries. That runs $600+ per brand per month, plus freelancer retainers around $2K per client.
For an agency running 10 brands, the consolidated stack inside Azerion saves:
$6,000+ / month in stacked subscriptions
$20,000 / month in freelancer fees
Hours of strategist time that used to go into handoff and rework
That budget goes back into media spend or new client capacity.
What’s Next
The integration is live inside Azerion today. The next milestone is bigger.
In Q2, Admove technology will be fully merged into the Hawk DSP. Creative generation and media buying will run from one environment, end to end. Teams stop bouncing between tools and chasing approvals across disconnected systems.

With Admove integrated into Azerion, agencies and brands can produce, test, and launch creative inside the same workflow they used to just build the campaign. The Q2 merger makes that the default for every customer on our DSP.
